About 18 months ago I had a nasty crash on my mountain bike. It was my first ride without being clipped in to the pedals and of-course a friend captures it on camera and I said that I would post the clip.I had done that drop heaps of times, just never with flat pedals and subsequently we have an issue.The first time left me in a fair amount of pain, but I could laugh about it. And friends being friends egg me on to try it again; now Icouldn't loose face and not do so.So, there is my second attempt which I am pretty sure means that I will not have to worry about ever paying child support. I actually bent the seat rails on my seat.But it was a day of luck, as the friend with the camera decided to do a 'road gap jump', pulls it off the first time and appears to pull it off the second time ... well kinda ... he lands ... then errrm, well he said that he could see his hand slipping off the handle bar.Unfortunately with this you can't see what the landing is like, but it is fairly nasty, rutted and full of exposed tree roots...
